    engine back in the challenger and running but heater core was leaking so had to pull it out and order a new one

    saw my stang today,  they are doing final metalwork and said they would weld all the panels tomorrow.  They think it will be ready for paint in the next week or so,  we have decided on Highland Green.

  • 1962 IH Scout stress test (Video)

    The video was taken the day we bought this 1962 IH Scout for my wife. After a safety instection to make sure the esentials work, like BRAKES and BRAKES. We handed the keys to my 21 year old son to see if there was anything we needed to fix on the truck.......... After he carefully drove it around the back field we fould a few items that would need repaired before the wife could safely take it out on the road.

    I am a tough old truck, with a dream inside my head A slick 65 F250 white over red.  I have a V8 with a 4 speed trans, this look of this truck to me well it is just grand, I come from the Colorado land. My wish is to go back to the day, maybe haulin some parts, maybe even some hay. I need some parts, paint, and such, right now I have time but my owner he has no bucks. If I could talk I think I would say fix me up so I can play, take me to the garage and make our day. I am no Copperhead, I am far from SGT Rock, a bar stool racer I am really not.

    The sun has been out for the last 2 days!! Snow is meltin fast! workin on 87 Camaro project we picked up, new stereo first...Gots ta have tunes! Good to be alive and wrenchin again! Build baby build! Some times its the little things that we take for granted that mean so much....car shows are a comin!!

  • More time to dream (Blog entry)

    While I continue to recover from Donating Part of my Liver to my dad, Who is doing fantastic, I find my self surfing for odd car stuff. I was on Craig's list just seeing what ford parts were for sale. There was someone parting out a 2003 E350 with a V10....Now that would be different, A V10 Maverick! As long as the hood is on my beast, I bet it would fit with little effort >:-D Back it with a 6spd just because and duel exhaust Arr-Arrr-Arrr!

    1969 x11 camaro my first car got it when i was 15 in 2003 for 4k i had to get it painted but besides that little to no bodywork and she was good =-)
